Torrent officially kicks off the reign of its top representatives for 2027. The Auditori hosts this weekend the exaltations of the Fallera Mayor of Torrent 2027, Amparo Taberner, and the Fallera Mayor Infantil, Carla Simó, together with their Courts of Honour. Mayor Amparo Folgado will present the ceremonial sashes at events that can be followed live on the official channels of the city council and the local Fallera board.

On Saturday 24 October at 19:00 (doors open at 18:00), the Fallera Mayor will be exalted with a show under the motto "Terra", a tribute to the land and the fallera world of Torrent, represented by the nine women of her Court of Honour. Valencian actress Iris Lezcano will be the speaker. On Sunday 25 October at 11:00, it will be the turn of Carla Simó and her Court, with the show "Un univers invisible als ulls", a look into the world of fallera childhood; the speaker will be journalist and presenter Manu Ríos.

The announcement posters bear the signature of Marea Ilustraciones, linked to the Falla de la Plaça, and reflect the essence of both artistic proposals. Folgado stressed that "the Exaltations are much more than a ceremonial event: they mark the beginning of a year full of excitement, responsibility and pride for our Falleras Mayores and their Courts of Honour."

The ceremonies will bring together Torrent's fallera commissions, families and representatives of the festive world on two days that symbolise the start of a new fallera year, with the passing on of traditions and togetherness as the common thread.
